Good Morning All,
I hear it all the time, people telling me they want to lose weight. Asking me to help them lose weight. Wanting me to motivate and encourage them to lose weight. I have no problem doing ALL of that. But it's null and void if you don't have the desire to want it for yourself. Which is why I recommend the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge. The resort can give you the jump start you need on your journey for weight loss.
I know, I know...most people think its expensive. Well let me have you look at it in a different perspective. Can you put a price on your life? No you can't! We spend hundreds even thousands of dollars to go on vacation to have the time of our lives. When you return from vacation, you're tired, broke (out of money), and you may have put on a couple of pounds...because you have eaten just about everything you could get your hands on. Why? Because you're on VACATION!!
The same amount of money you spent to go a vacation to relax and have fun, you can spend to get healthy, lose weight, meet new people, eat 5-6 times a day, exercise, relax, and HAVE FUN!
Plus, you get to meet, exercise, hangout with, some of your favorite BIGGEST LOSERS!
So if you're interested I'll be at The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge-Malibu Oct. 23-30.
